With a career defined by meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to best practices in financial governance, Susan is entrusted with the critical task of ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of transparency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Susan’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce – Finance at the University of Nairobi, followed by an MBA in Strategic Management at the United States International University. Her academics have enriched Susan with a solid understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management principles; strategic planning, organizational leadership, and decision making; assessing complex financial data & identifying potential risks in investment portfolios, and finally, a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.

In her roles as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Audit, Risk, and Compliance Officer, Susan brings over 12 years of experience in this field, bringing detailed experience in financial strategy and operations, financial reporting, audit, compliance, and treasury management, among others.
